Hangzhou Qianyang Technology Co., Ltd. is located in Yuqian Industrial Park, Lin'an District, Hangzhou. The company has a registered capital of RMB 132 million and a total investment exceeding RMB 200 million. Its predecessor, Hangzhou Hongwei Chemical Plant, was established in 1958.

We operate two production bases — one in Lin'an, Hangzhou, and the other in Haiyan, Jiaxing — covering a total area of 122,000 square meters. We specialize in the R&D, production, and sales of organic ester fine chemicals, with an annual production capacity of 110,000 tons. Our main products include phosphoric acid esters, adipic acid derivatives, phthalic acid esters, and benzoic acid derivatives, among others.

Guided by our vision of becoming a globally competitive, green, and environmentally responsible technology enterprise through specialization and continuous innovation, we were among the first domestic companies in the organic ester fine chemical industry to achieve REACH registration under EU regulations. We maintain long-term partnerships with Fortune Global 500 companies including Syngenta, BASF, and DuPont. Our products are exported to 36 countries and regions, where they hold a leading position in key markets and are widely recognized by customers and industry partners worldwide.

We have built a 2,500-square-meter R&D center and a pilot production workshop for new products. In 2023, we were recognized as a National High-Tech Enterprise and designated as a Provincial-Level "Specialized, Refined, Distinctive, and Innovative" (SRDI) SME. In 2024, we were selected for the Provincial Manufacturing Single Champion Cultivation Program. Our manufacturing facilities feature advanced equipment, complemented by robust safety and environmental protection systems. We have established a comprehensive quality management framework and hold ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 certifications. All of our major products have completed EU REACH registration, reflecting our commitment to green manufacturing and corporate social responsibility.
