1. Product Introduction:

Odor-removing film-forming auxiliary for waterborne coatings. Complies with TVOC environmental requirements, has an extremely low odor, is biodegradable, non-toxic, and non-air-polluting. Does not produce unpleasant odors on alkaline walls. Primarily used as a film-forming auxiliary for waterborne coatings.

*No surfactants containing alkylphenol ethoxylates (APEO) are used in the production process.

 

3. Product Features:

Provide a longer development time for coatings and higher-grade TVOC environmental requirements.

The odor is significantly lower than that of commercial products.

Significantly improve film hardness without cracking, and ensure that scratch resistance is not lost.

Can achieve low MFFT by using 20-30% less*.

Improve paint rheology and pigment wetting.

Easy to incorporate into low-shear mixing.

Improve the color strength of the coating with the least impact on gloss.

Hydrolytically stable, suitable for high pH emulsion systems and alkaline substrates.

* The usage of 12 of the ester in a 70% PVC latex paint formulation

 

4. Packaging, Storage and Safety:

1. 200L iron drums or IBC packaging, net weight of 190 kg/drum or 950 kg/IBC.

2. Store indoors in a dry, cool, and well-ventilated place, and protect from severe impact and rain during transport.

3. In case of high heat, open flame, or contact with oxidizing agents, there is a risk of causing fire.

4. Shelf life: At appropriate temperature, up to 36 months in unopened original packaging.
