Film-forming auxiliary Q-456

1. Product Introduction:

Odor-removing film-forming auxiliary for waterborne coatings. A VOC-free, odorless film-forming auxiliary with extremely low odor, non-toxic, and non-air-polluting. Does not produce unpleasant odors on alkaline walls. Primarily used as a film-forming auxiliary for waterborne coatings.

*No surfactants containing alkylphenol ethoxylates (APEO) are used in the production process.

 

3. Product Features:

1. The odor is significantly lower than that of commercial products.

2. Can improve the open time of the coating to a certain extent.

3. Can reduce MFFT by 25-35%* to achieve low MFFT.

4. Easy to incorporate into low-shear mixing.

5. Improve the color strength of the coating, with little effect on gloss.

6. Hydrolysis resistant, suitable for high pH emulsion systems and alkaline substrates.

* The usage of 12 of the ester in the 70% PVC latex paint formulation

 

4.Packaging, Storage and Safety:

1. 200L iron drum or IBC packaging, net weight of 190 kg/drum or 950 kg/IBC.

2. Store indoors in a dry, cool, and well-ventilated place, and protect from severe impact and rain during transportation.

3. In case of high heat, open flame, or contact with oxidizing agents, there is a risk of ignition.

4. Shelf life: At room temperature, up to 36 months in the unopened original packaging.
